Lorie and Hunter

Well…. here we are, three weeks into 2007 and I am as busy as I have ever been. With two magazine shoots, a basketball game and a portrait session, I haven’t had time to break in the new gear. I have upgraded nearly all of my photography equipment. There will be quite a few blog postings just to accommodate that.

Here are a few shots from the portrait session. Lorie and Hunter Tripp are about the best subjects anyone could ask for. Hunter attends the Express program that I work at. They are very easy going and photograph really well. You can check out the rest here. Make sure you take a look at the gallery. There are only 35 shots but they all show off Lorie and Hunter’s personality.

This is also the first shoot with the most important part of my new set up…. the studio lights. I purchased two Alien Bee studio lights and can use those in conjunction with my two camera mountable flash units to create just about any configuration I will need. There will be a lot more to come, so stay tuned.
