How fine is this art?
A couple of weeks ago, Shawnia asked if I would be willing to donate a fine art print for an auction that her church was holding. I was happy to donate two. I have donated several prints to various charities over the past three years and have only had one sell for more than the price that I charge for them. Well, I am happy to say that the photo below sold for a whopping $750!!
It turns out that this photo was taken after some renovations were done at the church, but before a fire that destroyed a portion of the church.
One of the custodians at Roosevelt asked me to take a pretty traditional shot of Our Lady of Lourdes, which is the church that she attends. When I left the house, the color of the light had me racing through downtown Spokane at ridiculous speeds. This is one of the shots I came away with. You can see the other in my fine art gallery.
A huge thank you goes out to the person who purchased the photo.
Each of my fine art prints are sold in limited quantities that are numbered, signed and dated. The large prints (12"x18") are $150 while the small (8"x12") are $120.
